Therapist to discuss caregiving at EPOCH Assisted Living on the East Side

Clinical therapist Eunice Wharton, MSW, will give a presentation for family caregivers at EPOCH Assisted Living on the East Side on Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 10 a.m. As a social worker, Wharton encourages caregivers to manage their stress by setting boundaries and delegating tasks. She will discuss why effective caregivers prioritize taking care of themselves. This talk is free and open to the public.
