Thursday is Final Day to Sign Up for “Weatherize Brookline”

Thursday is the last day to sign up for “Weatherize Brookline,” a local contest to “save energy and buy local.” Brookline residents living in a one- to four-unit home or building who sign up for a no-cost home energy assessment by March 1st and complete it by April 1st will be entered into a chance to win up to $500 in gift cards to local Brookline businesses. To date, 227 residents have signed up for the program, with 144 already completing home energy assessments between the launch of Weatherize Brookline on November 27, 2012, and today.
