400 Heath Street Deal Withdrawn

The following information was supplied by the Brookline Town Clerks office.

The deal between Pine Manor College and what seemed to be Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen has been withdrawn. While representatives from the Zoning Board of Appeals never confirmed or denied that the Brady/Bundchen family was looking to purchase the five acres on Chestnut Hill from Pine Manor College, a letter from the Law Offices of Rackmann, Sawyer and Brewer, who represented Pine Manor College, was submitted, stating their withdrawal, on Tuesday. The Zoning Board of Appeals received the letter on Thursday morning. “This sort of thing is not uncommon,” Zoning Board rep June Lawlor said. The withdrawal was made without prejudice.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Looking to Buy on Chestnut Hill

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen may be looking to buy property from Pine Manor College.

Representatives from Pine Manor College will go before the Brookline Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday night to ask permission to sell five acres of land, according to the Boston Herald. To whom, you may ask? Rumor has it that it's none other than Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen. Assistant town clerk Linda Goldburgh said that the women’s school would have to meet with abutters to address any concerns. One of the abutters happens to be Patriot’s owner Bob Kraft. Brookline Patch will have more on this story after Thursday evening’s Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.
