Since 1894, Brookline and Newton North High Schools have battled for supremacy on the football field. This heated rivalry returns on Thanksgiving morning, 10 a.m. at Parsons Field in Brookline, 175 Kent Street. Click the video to see what this rivalry looked like in 1930. Today, the teams will meet, as they have for more than a quarter-century, when the Brookline and Newton Rotary Clubs bring the rival athletes together on the Tuesday before.
