Kristen Hughes, the former deputy finance chairman for the Sen. Scott Brown campaign, won a narrow vote Thursday night to become the new chairwoman of the Massachusetts Republican Party, according to Boston.com. Hughes, 35, will replace outgoing chairman Robert A.
