Thanksgiving, to me, is a holiday. And all we eat for Thanksgiving is turkey. So I'd have to say turkey is my favorite holiday food. I use a recipe I recently found along with a bunch of other turkey recipe providers (http://healthythanksgivingrecipes.org/recipe-roasted-turkey) and it was a great feast!
