Happy last day of February!

1. Weather: The National Weather Service predicts another rainy day with a high of 48. The evening will be rainy too, with a chance of snow.   2. Music Classes at Brookline Music School: The school introduced a folk music program that offers group classes for adults and family jams. Five Things You Need to Know Today: July 28

Today, nothing is as it seems: the kids run a circus, soccer players run a bar, a musical in a library and yiddish singing at a Workmen's circle.

Brookline's weather should be pretty warm and clear for most of the day, at least, as predicted by the National Weather Service. Highs of 82ºF, with about a 20% chance of thunderstorms in the evening, when temperatures drop to around 66ºF. Senior Cinema presents "Chicago" starting with refreshments at 1 p.m., the film at 1:30 p.m. The Coolidge Corner Branch Library hosts the 2002 adaptation of the hit Broadway musical that tests the adage, "there's no such thing as bad publicity." Bring your family to see the international, award-winning Circus Smirkus, a circus made up of kids aged 11 to 18. Their 2011 Big Top tour hits Gore Place Society (52 Gore St, Waltham).
