Olmsted Hill Condos Reach Completion

New condo project brings 24 affordable housing units to the site of a former reservoir.

New housing bearing the name of an architectural icon has finished construction near Fisher Hill.  New Atlantic Development announced in a press release last week that construction at the Olmsted Hill condo project, with its 24 affordable housing units, is complete. “From an architect’s perspective it really integrates affordable housing into this established neighborhood in a way that doesn’t single it out,” said Ellen Perko, Associate Principal at CBT Architects in the press release. The homes were designed, according to the release, to fit into the existing neighborhood "seamlessly," and it has been named after the neighborhood's designer, Frederick Law Olmsted.  The project also required acceptance of a new town road, Olmsted Hill Road…
