Police arrested and charged the man with shoplifting, and report finding about $230 in baby formula, and a search of his person also turned up a class A drug (heroin), and possession of a class B drug, (Suboxone) without a prescription, for which he was additionally charged. …

At about 2:45 a.m., police say a woman was driving on Cypress Street where a woman had crossed the marked lanes and was traveling the wrong way.
