The new space includes an educational studio and editing suite for Brookline High students, as well as state-of-the-art production equipment, a theater, and meeting spaces available to any Brookline resident.
Municipal programming, including live coverage of the Board of Selectmen meetings, is shown on Comcast channel 23 and RCN channel 15. Public access programming is shown on channel 3 for both Comcast and RCN subscribers.
BATV is a private, non-profit organization funded through cable franchise fees. Though not a part of Brookline town government, the organization is governed by nine directors appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
