It wasn't until I was looking through my bank statement a week after purchasing my ticket that I realized the charge was $40 too high. I rechecked the invoice--No question; we had never agreed on that price. I later realized that, not only had the price changed, the DATE had changed, all without my knowledge. I wasted a whole afternoon listening to the director's nonsense--telling the bank that it was a hotel fee, then a special tax, then claiming that I had called her and requested a different ticket, then claiming that I'd been there the whole time, so the ticket was my fault.
Forget apology--from the moment my bank called her she was on the attack. Finally she agree to refund my money on condition that I sign a release form, promising not to file suit.
They are to be avoided.

Sometimes people may forget what they have requested. Accusing Yes We Travel in unfair practices is a complete nonsense. This is the best and most fair travel company I've known. There is nothing wrong with signing a release form as this as well as credit card authorization form is normal practice. They are true professionals with a lot of experience in many areas of the world. Highly recommended.
