<p>Umami offers a focused menu, in which executive chef Yoshi Hakamoto<strong> </strong>presents fusion dishes based in Pan-Asian cuisine with international influences. Patrons will enjoy a selection of appetizers and entrees in this modern Zen space.</p>
<p>Dishes include with tom yom, a Thai, tamarind-based hot and sour soup; steak au poivre, presented in the French style with Szechuan hints; Italian mushroom risotto with a Japanese twist, prepared with short grain rice and edamame.</p> <p>Fusion inspiration continues at the bar, with beverage director Noon S. Inthasauwan. Offering the traditional concoctions, she imparts an Asian flair to each. The bar also offers a variety of sake, beer, wine and liquor.</p>
