awful place. happy we left.

We had such a terrible experience with this place.
They lack love, attention, compassion towards kids. As I am a stay at home mom, I had the chance to go there in unexpected times. I found teachers gossiping, children playing on their own... Especially the infant room is terrible. When the babies cry, they tell each other to stand up and take care.. And the environment is not clean at all. The toys are old and dirty. And I have never seen a teacher in the infant room playing with a child. In the transition time they put my child in the crib whenever he asked for me and cried. They were making him sleep in there as long as he wanted. As a scared child he stayed in there for 3 to 4 hours sometimes. One day I went there and found him in the hole way with another child. There was an intern with them. It was very dark because other kids were asleep. The intern told me that he woke up early so they didn't want him to wake other kids so took him outside. I can accept that part. But he didn't have any toys, books or anything else in his hands.. He was just sitting on a chair, he had another kid's pacifier on his mouth! His face was covered with food (left from the previous meal).
