They have no idea how to balance payments sent to them please keep good records when I was done paying and I only had to send less than 10 payments to complete my debt, they claimed they only received 2 payments ! They couldn't even get the amount I owed on the account in the begining straight. Be sure and ask them for things in writing and statements to prove what is owed and received.
