I had a bilateral patella femoral realignment years ago when I was 27. I'm 44 now and I'm telling you, I am still not in pain. Dr. Mitchell did a great job and I hope that any patient who has him as a physician gets the same results I did. I had been in pain for nine years before I had the surgery and have had none since then. It was hard work to recover but it was well worth it. If I had to, (not that I want to), I'd do it again if I knew the end result would be this good.
