Championship Win at Babson College for Brookline Girls Volleyball
Brookline High Volleyball beats their Bay State Conference rivals, Newton North in MIAA Finals game.
Girls Varsity Volleyball takes down their Newton North rivals, 3-2, in Saturday night's game at , BrooklineWarriors.net blog reports. This brings the team up to a 20-2 record for the season, and sends them on their way to the semi-finals against Barnstable (21-0). The next game is at 7 p.m. at Bridgewater-Raynham High School.
"State champion was going through my head, it was my last year and our last chance to win the title," Brookline’s Jamie Francona told Boston.Com's Yourtown Brookline.
The Brookline Boys and Girls Cross country teams also snagged Sectional Championship wins, making it a good weekend for Brookline.
