Brookline resident Robert Gibson finished Monday's Boston Marathon with a time of 2 hours, 26 minutes, and 31 seconds.

The time was good for 58th place overall.

More than 200 Brookline residents registered to run the race. Search for results by town or name on the Boston Marathon website.

American Meb Keflezighi finished first overall with a time of 2 hours, 8 minutes, and 37 seconds. He was the first American to win the race since 1983.

About 36,000 runners registered for the marathon, which featured a larger-than-usual crowd of about a million spectators after last year's deadly bombings.
