Roll up your sleeves, take out the whisks and wooden spoons, and get cooking in the kitchen. Young chefs will expand their cooking skills and knowledge, and learn about kitchen chemistry, worldly cuisines, and culinary techniques. Each week we will beinspired by a different theme, including morning munchies, scrumptious lunches, delightful dinn ers, and yum-o snacks and desserts. We will focus on healthy and delicious meals, new recipes, and dishes and desserts made from fresh and seasonal ingredients. Our culinary experience will expand, as will our tastebuds, as we go on food-related field trips.
