New England Patriots' Quarterback Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen may be ready to settle down permanently in the Boston area, not LA as most suspected.

TMZ is reporting the pair’s Los Angeles home is on the market.

The pair spent four years and $40 million building the home and it’s been less than a year since construction ended, according to the report.

Real estate sources told TMZ Brady and Bundchen plan to live in Boston full-time, which is great news for Patriots fans.

Brady and Bundchen won approval from the town of Brookline’s Zoning Board last year to purchase a 5.2 acre lot from Pine Manor College to construct a new home in the Heath Street area. Brookline Attorney Robert Allen said at the time the home would be roughly 10,000 square feet in size.

Patriots owner Bob Kraft and his son, Jonathan Kraft, both live nearby.
