Ahead of Brookline Move, Tom Brady Sells Calif. Mansion to Dr. Dre for $40M

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady sold his California home for a whopping $40 million ahead of his move to Brookline.

The Los Angeles Times reported music mogul Dr. Dre purchased the estate, which has a moat, infinity pool, seven fireplaces, and nine bathrooms. View photos from Architectural Digest.

Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen are building a home in Brookline, where they plan to live full-time.

The pair last year won approval from the town's Zoning Board last year to purchase a 5.2 acre lot from Pine Manor College to the build the estate, which will have five bedrooms, Baja pool, wine cellar, and yoga studio, WCVB-TV reported.
