Other officers arrived at the scene.

The reporting officer alleged that the car small liked marijuana and he asked Gonzalez if there were any drugs in the car. He alleged denied that there were. But the officer asked again, saying he would be conducting a search of the vehicle, and told him to be honest.

Gonzalez allegedly later produced a bag of marijuana and was arrested. He was also cited for the marijuana.

Gonzalez reportedly had a probation record, according to the officer.
