Police: Brockton Man Charged with Breaking and Entering on Brook Street

Brookline Police were working a paid detail at the Feeney Brother’s Construction Company at the intersection of Aspinwall Avenue and St. Paul’s Street at about 3:15 p.m., the officers saw a man peddle by on a Specialized Rock Hopper mountain bike. The man was biking on the sidewalk with a flat back tire.

According to the report, the man ditched the bike at about 65 Aspinwall Avenue, towards Brook Street and went down the driveway. At this point, the suspect went over an eight-foot fence and climbed up the rear porch of the three-story apartment building.

The officer called for backup while the man climbed down from the second story porch.
