The manager identified the man as the person who took the drill kit and officers took the suspect into custody.

The manager told police that he saw the suspect walk out of the store. When the suspect got to the sensors, the suspect lifted the plastic bag up to not set off the alarm. The manager went over to the aisle and noticed a drill kit box was empty. The manager also said that the suspect came into the store looking for a Black and Decker drill the week before.
