Brookline Arrest Log: Man Throws Beer Bottle at Police Car

Friday, Oct. 12
  • Warrant arrest – A homeless man was arrested at 6:37 a.m. on Harvard Street. Dexter D. Winnie, 23, was charged with driving with a suspended license, violating marked lanes; and on warrants for failure to appear in Dorchester District Court on drug and weapon possession charges, police said. 
Saturday, Oct. 13
  • Destruction of property – A Douglas man was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Freeman Street at Browne Street. Nicholas Prunier, 21, of 6 Wixtread Court, was charged with malicious destruction of property, and disorderly conduct. Police said that Prunier was intoxicated and threw beer bottles at a parked police car, then ran from the officer who got out and chased him. He was caught and arrested.
Sunday, Oct. 14
  • Operating under the influence – A Walpole man was arrested on Kent Street at 4:25 a.m. Steven L. Pratt, 52, of 11 Brook St., Walpole, was charged with OUI alcohol and drugs, police said.
