  • Possession of burglarious tools – Remis Andrews, 35, of Boston. Officers saw a black Ford Explorer driving on Harvard Street at about 6:45 p.m., with one plate in the back, and none on the front. The officer pulled the vehicle over, and determined that he had a revoked license and the vehicle was uninsured. Police also noticed that the inspection sticker was taped on, and while they could not read the VIN and registration number for the sticker, but determined that the numbers belonged to a Mercury. The vehicle also matched the description of one seen leaving the scene of a scooter theft, and there was a scooter helmet and a set of bolt cutters found during a search of the vehicle. He was arrested and charged with operating after revocation, operating an uninsured vehicle, attaching an inspection sticker and possession of burglarious tools.
