Spirit of Home Awards Celebration

WHAT: The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Jamaica Plain will support the company’s charitable foundation, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, as it hosts the annual Spirit of Home Awards Celebration to benefit Home for Our Troops. The evening will feature hors d’oeuvres, wine, beer, cash bar for cocktails, live and silent auctions, and an awards presentation. Tickets are $150 per person.

WHO: Pat Villani, president of ColdwellBanker Residential Brokerage New England, will join other company leadersand affiliated sales associates, local Veterans, and supporters of Home for OurTroops. TimothyP. McHale, Major General USA, Ret., President/CEO and Director ofHomes for Our Troops, will speak and acceptan award on behalf of the organization. Marine Sergeant Adam Kisielewski, a Veteran who was seriously injured during a tour
of duty in Iraq, will be honored.

WHY: Homes for Our Troops is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization thatis committed to supporting Veteranswho have suffered severe injuries during their military service. Established in2004, the organization constructs specially adapted housing for Veterans andtheir families. Homes have been built in 159 communities throughout thecountry, including nine in New England. All homes provided by Homes forOur Troops are given at no cost to the Veterans.
