National Pastrami Day

Brookline favorite Michael’s Deli
is celebrating National Pastrami Sandwich Day on Tuesday January 14 with four pastrami flavors to choose from and donating 10 percent of all proceeds from
pastrami sales that day to the Greg Hill Foundation.


Specialty
flavors include:

Traditional Pastrami - brined and coated with coriander, all spice,

mustard seed, garlic, paprika, cloves & black pepper

Balsamic & Fig Pastrami - traditional Pastrami glazed with a

balsamic vinegar and fig reduction and then baked


·        
Molasses Pastrami - traditional Pastrami glazed with a molasses,

cider vinegar & Dijon mustard mixture and then baked
