Klezmer show at Boylston Place

EPOCH Independent and Assisted Living at Boylston Place will host a Klezmer show on Sunday, July 27 at 3:30 p.m. Klezmer is a celebration of the Judaic and Hebraic culture. Clarinetist Linda Poland and pianist/singer Alan Pearlmutter will perform a variety of musical selections representative of Klezmer dance music, Israeli songs, and old-time Yiddish favorites. Poland is a clarinetist with the New Bedford MA Symphony, a freelance performer and a clarinet instructor. Pearlmutter is a conductor, entertainer and college professor at Bristol Community College. This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited. Please RSVP by calling 617-244-6400.
