Gentle yoga for seniors at Boylston Place (Feb. 12, 26)

EPOCH Independent and Assisted Living at Boylston Place will host two yoga classes in February with instructor Tina Walsh. Classes will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 12 and Feb. 26 at 2:30 p.m. Walsh’s class helps relieve stiffness, improve muscle tone and reduce fatigue. She has been teaching adaptive yoga for more than 10 years and is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Reiki Master Teacher. This free class is open to seniors of all levels and abilities, but space is limited. Please R.S.V.P. by calling 617-244-6400.
