Free Guided Nutritional Wellness Tours at Union Square Market

Visitors Will Meet One-on-One with Practicing Health
Coaches From The Institute of Integrative Nutrition  and Learn How to Eat for Optimal Health. 

  The Institute for
Integrative Nutrition health experts  will be offering


complimentary guided tours of the Union Square Farmers
Market all day Saturday,November 9, 2013. 

The
Institute for Integrative Nutrition is the world’s largest


nutrition school, with over 40,000 students and graduates


worldwide. Integrative Nutrition's comprehensive


coursework in nutritional theories, wellness topics,


business and marketing skills trains students to launch


their own successful health coaching practices all over


the world. In order to spread its message of promoting


optimal health and happiness through education and



community work, Integrative Nutrition graduates will visit


farmers markets throughout the US, with the goal of


educating communities about the benefits of eating local,


organic produce, and spreading wellness in their

communities.

Graduates of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training program will be available to answer questions about nutrition and wellness, and will offer guided tours of the farmers market, educating shoppers on how to eat locally and seasonally for optimal health all year long. Anyone who visits the Institute for Integrative Nutrition booth at the farmers market will receive buttons, reusable grocery bags, and tasty recipe cards; visitors are also eligible to enter a raffle to win a full tuition scholarship to Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program.
