New Year's Day Yoga at Coolidge Corner Yoga!
Start 2014 off with a long, laid-back afternoon flow that will simultaneously relax and inspire. We will begin with a simple writing exercise to set our intentions for the New Year and, from there, flow through a purposeful practice that highlights the yogic principles of sankalpa (intentionality) and vairagya (letting go). Join us in embracing the upcoming year and all of the possibilities it holds.
