Yoga for Runners
Boston Running Center's yoga classes have a maximum capacity of 8 people. With this small class size the instructor is able to adjust and adapt the session towards the needs of the participants. In general, our classes focus on helping the body recover from or prepare for running by focusing on over-all flexibility, hip and feet activation and strength, stability and balance. All levels of yoga experience, all levels of runners, and non-runners are all welcome! Mats provided. Please reserve your space by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
