In this zany French comedy, Simon (Renaud Cohen, who also directs) is a filmmaker who hasn’t made a movie in 10 years, but he’s always scheming for a return to the screen. His chance arrives one day, when he ingeniously turns a lump on his head – is it cancer? – into a self-financed, Jewish family-starring, swan song film-within-a-film-within-a-film-within-a-film.
