Shabbat B'yachad: Chanukah Edition

Shabbat B'yachad, Shabbat Together, an evening of community worship for all ages. Shabbat B'yachad, Shabbat Together, is a monthly family service and community dinner that brings our entire TOS family together for Shabbat.  We always welcome friends and guests to join our vibrant community. 


Bring your menorah and join us as we light candles together!


Make sure you RSVP before December 11 to benefit from reduced pricing! RSVP online here, or call our office at 617-277-6610. Then, invite your friends!

5:45 Tot Shabbat in the Montague Chapel Rabbi Saltzman and Cantor Schloss bring the Shabbat experience alive for the youngest participants in our community with this special “cuddle-up” Shabbat  service just for families with children ages six (6) and under.  The evening always includes crafts, music, dancing and our famous chocolate chip challah!

6:00 Community Dinner of Latkes and other Inna's Kitchen's deliciousness. Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 11th at 1:00pm to benefit from our discounted prices. 


7:00 Shabbat B'yachad service featuring Makhelah, the Adult Choir and the Shabbat Band. Please make sure to bring your own Chanukiahs (Menorahs) as everyone is invited to come up and light at the beginning of the service.  Don’t forget that Shabbat B’yachad is required ARS participation so at the end of services get your reading raffle card from Cantor Schloss. I can’t believe we call this class! The night ends with a cherry on top with Suganiot, fruit salad and make your own sundaes.
