Felipe Fregni, MD, PhD, MPH is a pioneer in the world of noninvasive brain stimulation treatments for chronic pain, Parkinson's disease, and stroke. He is the Director of the Laboratory of Neuromodulation at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Associate Professor of Neurology and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School.


Timothy Wagner, PhD serves as CSO of Highland Labs and is a Lecturer at MIT in the Division of Health Sciences and Technology and a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School. Trained at Harvard Medical School and MIT's joint Health Sciences and Technology program, his work is focused on developing technologies for treating/assisting patients with neurological disorders including Parkinson's disease and chronic pain.
