Moon Tide Dyers Trunk Show

Come welcome spring with beautiful new work from New Bedford based clothing company Moon Tide Dyers! Moon Tide Dyers began as a collaborative effort between classmates. Abbie Chambers & Maura Cronin met in Artisanry School at UMass Dartmouth and after swapping ideas and techniques in separate studios they decided to work together on an experimental line of women’s t-shirts. That was in 2005. Today Moon Tide Dyers garments are all made locally in the south coast. The clothing uses a soft, 4-way stretch jersey fabric that is stylish enough to wear for special occasions, yet soft and cozy enough for lounging around. Their tops are designed to take you from your yoga class to a night out on the town and are machine washable and ideal for travel. Worn by grandmothers and little sisters alike, the line has something for everyone. Color and pattern vary slightly making each garment completely one of a kind.

Come in to Fire Opal to spend a leisurely Friday afternoon in Coolidge Corner, as we host Abbie, Maura, and their bright spring line. Chic and comfortable Moon Tide pieces make excellent wardrobe staples by combining beautiful color and pattern with easy wearability.
