Fisher Hill Reservoir Walking Tour
Saturday, November 10, 1:00-2:30 pm

The reservoir on Fisher Hill is part of the history of providing water to the Boston community. When it was decommissioned and declared surplus property by the Commonwealth, Brookline was able to purchase the land for park and recreational use. A design for an active and passive outdoor space has been accepted by the Park and Recreation Commission and work is scheduled to begin in 2013. This is a special opportunity to visit the site as it exists currently (the reservoir is closed and special permission from the Town was necessary for this tour).
