Baby & Me Yoga (for moms and/or dads and baby!)
Baby and Me Yoga is a nurturing class that is specially designed to provide a supportive environment which promotes bonding with and getting to know your growing baby. Moms and/or Dads are welcome in this class. We will share beneficial yoga poses that are suitable for any level of previous yoga experience that incorporate strengthening postures for postnatal recovery with playful interaction with your infant. C-section modifications can be offered if necessary. Infant Massage and postures that reduce colic are taught. Nursing or bottle feeding during class is welcome. Crawlers and criers are also welcome!
All deliveries and recoveries vary from person to person. A doctor's clearance is necessary before beginning this, or any postnatal exercise program.
