Eat. Real. Food. Culinary Class at Heirloom Kitchen

Heirloom Kitchen, a take-away and delivery farm-to-table food business, is now hosting culinary classes. Classes feature seasonal, local ingredients and participants gain hands-on experience in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Chef Ed Hoffey, classically trained with a long-time passion for working with local area farms, hosts this series.  Cost is $55 per person.  Price includes "family dinner" at the end of the class.   

On July 12th our class will feature "no cook" summer meals including gazpacho and a variety of creative dinner salads that can be prepared with fresh produce from your local farmer's market.  Check our website for information on our August and September classes.
