Art Matters presents 'Art Keeps us Human' at Boylston Place (Jan. 14)

Art awareness and education program Art Matters will host the presentation “Art Keeps us Human” at EPOCH Independent and Assisted Living at Boylston Place on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 2:30 p.m. During this special program, artist, educator and Art Matters owner Jane Blair will discuss the history of art in western civilization, from cave paintings to the shuttle. Her presentation will focus on the power of art to transcend time, place, and language, allowing us to better communicate and connect with one another. This program is Art Matters’ signature unit, as the philosophy “Art Keeps us Human” inspired the creation of the program. This event is free and open to the public. Please R.S.V.P. by calling 617-244-6400. EPOCH Independent and Assisted Living at Boylston Place is located at 615 Heath St.
