Brookline Voters Elect Daly, Franco for Selectboard

The pair beat out challengers Brooks Ames and Arthur Wellington Conquest III during the annual town election.

Brookline voters on Tuesday elected Nancy Daly and Benjamin Franco to the Board of Selectmen.

The pair beat out challengers Brooks Ames and Arthur Wellington Conquest III during the annual town election. Here's the unofficial vote count:

  • Franco: 2,974
  • Daly: 2,944
  • Conquest: 856
  • Ames: 793
It was the only major contested race on the ballot.

The voter turnout was 11 percent. Of 39,007 registered voters, 4,269 cast ballots.
