If you're of an artistic sort, there may be something fun--or funny--for you to enjoy today.

1. Should be a lovely day, if you like sun and temperatures in the 60s. The National Weather Service is also predicting an evening with a slight chance of showers--around 20 percent--and temperature lows of 54ºF. 

2. Meet fine artists and see some of their Fine Art Photography at the Artist Reception Event. Experience the Italian Edge at 5:30 p.m. tonight, at 81 Boylston St #83, for free.

3. Did you know that It's Never Too Late To Create? The Vital Role of the Arts as We Age is the subject of tonight's lecture at the Brookline Main Library tonight. A panelist moderated by artist Bennett Gurian, M.D. and panelists Riva Berkovitz, photographer; Harry Johnson, writer; Anne Gamble, musician; and Denise Lotufo, a physical therapist and musician. The group will talk about the use of art in any stage of your life.

4. SNL alum and current star of Adult Swim's "Eagleheart" Chris Elliott is presenting his own unauthorized autobiography, The Guy Under The Sheets at the Coolidge Corner Theatre tonight. Tickets are at the store, and will run you $5 at the Booksmith. Get there before 6 p.m. and get a seat.
