Five Things You Need to Know Today, Monday, November 26

Here are five things going on in and around town today.

1. Weather: The National Weather Society is predicting a sunny day with a high near 48.  The evening will cloud over and there is a chance of snow after 4 a.m.. The temperature will drop to about 29.

2. Story Time at Henry Bear’s Park: Come down to at 11 a.m. for story time for the kids.

3. Register to Run at Baker School's Spring Spree Fun Run for Kids: A green-themed family friendly fundraiser where the Baker community can shake off Winter and spring into Spring! The Spree will be held at Baker School on April 29th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m..  Registration is at 9 a.m. and costs $15.

4. Hanukkah Event with Chai Kidz: Chai Kids is hosting a Hanukkah Event at Henry Bear’s Park at 11 a.m. 

5. Monday Night Film Series: Remembering World War II: The BPL is hosting a viewing of Paradise Road, a fact-based account of a group of women who were imprisoned in Sumatra, but used music to relieve their misery. Show starts at 6 p.m. and is free for young adults and older.
