2. Diane Dexter to sing, play at EPOCH: Diane Dexter, a singer and pianist, will perform at EPOCH Assisted Living at Boylston Place, 615 Heath St. on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at 2:30 p.m. 

3. Boabom Free Intro Class: Boston School of Boabom is offering a free intro class at 12 p.m. at 33a Harvard Street.

4. Lowering Home Heating Costs: The Coolidge Corner Library is hosting a get together to talk home heating costs at 7 p.m. Prizes and refreshments will be available. 

5. Creating an Online Resume: The Boston Public Library is offering a course on how to create an online profile for anyone actively seeking a job from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. for free.
