Since 2006, DanceFIT Studio has grown to become one of the Boston areas top destinations for young ballerinas interested in mastering the beauty of ballet, as well as for adults in search for a fitness alternative to simply going to the gym with programs such as Arms & Abs, BalletFIT™, Music Video Dance, Pilates with Resistance Tubing and many opportunities to take Zumba® with Maeve, one of Boston’s most popular zumba instructors!

Under the direction of Owner Gina Fay, DanceFIT serves as the ballet studio for hundreds of young dancers who strive to learn the technique and discipline of ballet, while stressing the most important part of technique is to always dance with a smile and to embrace the grace, poise and positions of classical ballet.

For the adult community, DanceFIT is a fitness studio that caters to everyone by providing those who pack the Fenway neighborhood studio a personal and supportive environment where we know your name and want nothing more than to help you reach a fitness level you never thought you could reach!

In 2011, a year after the birth of her second son, Gina expanded DanceFIT Studio by launching virtualFIT; a revolutionary fitness option that allows you to workout from the comfort of your home while still receiving live, personal attention and motivation from the DanceFIT Staff and its community.
