Cupcake Wars Contestant Shows You it Doesn't Have to Be Just A “Piping” Dream

Needham, Ma- Everyone has seen a television show depicting hand decorated cakes. What if you could learn similar skills to make your own delectable masterpieces? Treat Cupcake Bar has debuted a vast assortment of decorating classes, from cupcakes to cake pops. They’ve even gone one step further from cupcakes and cake pops by now adding cake decorating classes to the schedule.

On Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM you can learn how to pipe buttercream frosting and make a heartfelt, beautiful cake with Head Baker and Cupcake Wars veteran Adie Sprague. Each student receives a 6” double layer cake and all the tools to decorate a tasty treat. From fondant to pastry bags you can perfect your skills in time for Valentine’s Day.

Decorating classes are $70/student. Sign-up in-store, over the phone (781-444-4995) or online (http://www.treatcupcakebar.com/classes/). Classes are appropriate for adults and teens. Younger children MUST be accompanied by a parent. Further questions can be emailed to parties@treatcupcakebar.com. Now you can even go big and go home with a cake you decorated yourself.
