Macy's Likely to Close for Good in Two Weeks

If you haven't had a chance yet to say goodbye to the in Chestnut Hill, you still have some time.

According Macy's Spokesman Jim Sluzewski, the Chestnut Hill location has about another two weeks to go before it shuts its doors for good. 

"It's hard to predict when the last date will be," Sluzewski said, adding that it depends on when the merchandise sells out.

Early this year, and would run a clearance sale starting Jan. 9.

As of today the store remains open with its fire sale prices (a man holding a poster outside the store this weekend advertised sales of more than 70 percent off merchandise.)
