Twitter reports Food Network star Guy Fieri is filming "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" at Cutty's in Brookline Village today

Hopefully, Brookline Village's food scene is ready for its close up, because Twitter tells us that Guy Fieri's "Triple-D" is rolling into town.

A few users on Twitter report that Food Network's Guy Fieri is filming a segment for "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" on Washington Street today. The rumor first came from BostonTweet by way of Twitter user @LillyJ.

A sign on the door and a Facebook post confirmed that the restaurant is closed today, will be open on Wednesday, and closed again Thursday. Inside, passers-by could see lights and a crowded kitchen, but little of the celebrity or owner.
