Get Moving and Snacking in the New Year

We know you have been sticking to your New Year's resolutions to eat healthy and workout regularly without so much as a slip off the wagon, right?!

It’s easy to promise yourself every January that you’ll do better this year and your hardcore dieting and exercising begins tomorrow (or maybe next Monday?).

But what if there was an easy and free way to help stick to your New Year’s health and fitness goal?  Well, you’re in luck. BodyScapes Fitness is hosting their first ever “Healthy Snacks Roadshow” event at its Brookline and Longwood Medical Area locations.

Members and non-members alike will have a fun incentive to brave the cold and stop by for fun workouts, raffle giveaways and to sample an array of snacks, courtesy of the newest and best local healthy food and beverage brands. So step away from the sugary holiday leftovers and give your snacking and sweating routine a reboot that just so happens to be simple, sustainable and a great excuse to break out the cute new workout duds you got over the holidays.  Don’t forget to bring your friends and co-workers - A complimentary 3-day workout pass will be offered to all non-members so they can get the full BodyScapes experience for free!

Participating local food and beverage brands include Cocomama, LifeForce Juice, Hint Water, Sidehill Farm, Blossom Water, RaeFoods, The Ripe Stuff, Granny Squibb's, Biena Foods and Jo Jo's Raw Kitchen.

Event Dates & Locations:

Brookline Location - Saturday, January 11, 10:00am-2:00pm

Longwood Medical Area location - Monday, January 13, 10:00am-2:00pm.
