Temple Ohabei Shalom Receives Laptops
Combined Jewish Philanthropies donates laptops to Temple Ohabei Shalom in Brookline, MA.
The following is a press release from Combined Jewish Philanthropies:
Lisa Breit of Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) hands laptops to Larissa Halfond and Ariana Katz of Temple Ohabei Shalom as a part of the Teaching and Technology Fellowship program, on Sunday, September 26, 2011. The fellowship is meant to use technology to empower learners and strengthen their sense of Jewish identity, connection and knowledge through seminars and workshops. As part of the fellowship, CJP will give each school 10 netbooks, projectors, digital media equipment, and other tools for infusing technology into their curriculum.
